I purchased this sofa about three months ago. It took over a month to be delivered because it was out of stock when I purchased it. I received it but the stitching in the back was noticeably uneven and buckling. Customer Service reached out and I explained my dissatisfaction and requested pictures. I sent them pictures via email and text. Customer Service immediately responded stating that they would replace the sofa.
The replacement sofa was received (approximately a month later) and I did not accept the delivery because the chair was not wrapped and was not delivered in the original box. It was clearly a used product or possibly a display because the leather was torn and the torn leather was stapled together poorly with what looked like staples from from my personal office stapler. I was mortified. I called CS to be informed that someone from CS was be contacted me in a couple of days. I have not heard anything and it has been a week. I will be calling them again today. I am quite disappointed as I have spent a lot of money buying merchandise from Ashley Furniture in the last year including mattresses, rugs, bedroom, and living room furniture.

Pleased, but cushions do not stay put!

I bought the sofa, love seat, & matching chair+ottoman. Looks great in my living room, super comfy, and we love the color. My only issue is that the seat cushions always seem to move/push out so you end up sliding the cushions back numerous times a day. It's kindof annoying honestly, and you would assume for the price you pay for all 3 items that the cushions would have been designed to actually stay in place.

Center of Attraction

I just received my Crimson colored sofa and love seat on yesterday, I'm so n love with it. It blends in perfect with everything. Very very comfortable. I just love love love it. Thanks
