Price Match Guarantee

What is it?
If you find a lower price on Amazon.com for an identical, in-stock product, tell us and we'll match it.

Price match criteria

  • Sold by - The item must be sold and fulfilled by Amazon.com.
  • Identical item - The product is the same size, model, SKU, quantity, brand, name and color
  • In-stock - The item must be available at the online retailer's website and on AshleyFurniture.com at the time of the price match request
  • Other exclusions - Resale purchases and rain checks on items that aren’t currently in stock will not be eligible for price matching

Here's how it works

  1. Send your price match request via chat with a live link to the other online retailer’s website that shows the lower price.

  2. We will then review and verify the price match request. Credit adjustments for price matching are reviewed and approved by customer service.

  3. Requests will be processed after your item(s) are delivered and after the final total has been charged to the method of payment used on your order.

  4. We will send you a promo code for 10% off your next purchase with us if you find an issue. Some exclusions do apply.

We don't match

  • Discounts applied in checkout
  • Offers advertised as percentage off or dollar off (e.g., “15% off” or “$5 off”)
  • Auction prices or those requiring memberships
  • Prices that cannot be determined independent of other items (e.g., fees and shipping charges)
  • Bundle offers, rebates, coupons, mail-in offers, offers that include financing
  • Prices that require a minimum quantity purchase
  • Items that other retailers have listed as clearance, close out, liquidation, special hour/flash/limited quantity offers
  • Damaged, used, or refurbished items
  • Price errors
  • In-store purchases (please call the store purchased from for price match policy)
  • Prices as a result of pickup discounts
  • Price matches to other retailers for prices shown from Thanksgiving Day through Cyber Week are at our discretion and can be limited in quantity during this timeframe

Price Adjustment Guarantee

What is it?
If you bought something from AshleyFurniture.com within the past 30 days and it’s now listed at a lower price, tell us and we’ll adjust it.


Price match criteria

  • Identical item - The product is the same size, model, SKU, quantity, brand, name and color
  • 30 days - You purchased the item from us within 30 days of the date of your price adjustment request
  • Currently valid - The item must be in stock and available to purchase on AshleyFurniture.com in your delivery zip code.

Here's how it works

  1. Send your price match request via chat.

  2. We will then review and verify the price adjustment request.

  3. AshleyFurniture.com has the final decision for matching an online price.

We don't match

  • Bundle offers, rebates, mail-in offers, offers that include financing
  • Prices that require a minimum quantity purchase
  • Items that are listed as clearance, close out, liquidation, special hour/flash/limited quantity offers
  • Damaged, used, or refurbished items
  • Price errors
  • Prices as a result of pickup discounts
