As you know, Ashley Furniture Industries only produces goods for residential use. As the load that our products can bear is dependent on so many independent variables (static load, force, movement, placement of the weight, and design, to name a few) there is no accurate way for us to state the maximum weight-bearing capacity.

Is this good for homes with dogs?

BEST ANSWER: I have four dogs, two Labs, one beagle and a chihuahua . We’ve had our furniture for some time now & have found it to still look new. One thing I’ve done is cover the cushions with a fur type blanket & a few extra throw pillows just for added protection if I needed it.
Also , I’d like to add one of our labradors is only 6 months old & very active.
The way it is wearing now I’d certainly buy this set again.
Oh another good point , I have two little boys and they can make up the activeness of all the dogs.

The sofa and entire suite are a suede material, it is sturdy but soft at the same time. The cushions are firm so you don't "sink" into it but it is very comfortable and has a nice feel to it. I am very happy with the whole set that I purchased.

Great store, great sofa and great delivery!
I love this sofa! I have only had it a day, but it is all I expected it to be. I had to wait a month for it to be delivered,however it is well worth the wait. I got a call from delivery driver the day of delivery and they said they could bring it earlier than scheduled. When they got here it only took abou15 mins. Great store, great delivery. Would definitely recommend sofa, store, and delivery.

Best couch I have ever owned. Sturdy and durable
So far, seems sturdy and extremely comfortable. It has springs where the cushion is and literally will be so comfortable it will induce a nap. Took a nap and it was as comfortable as my bed. Material seems durable and easy to clean.

Great Sofa
I bought this sofa in August 2019 and love it. At first when I sat on it I was a bit unsure it would be comfortable but by the end of the day I found it was very comfortable. I fell asleep on it one night and woke up the next morning feeling great and found that it extremely helped my back. I have slept on it every night now for the past two weeks. It helps my back so much I an seriously considering getting one as a bed for my room.

Great sofa and great price! Perfectly comfortable for those who want a firmer cushion without having to lean way back while sitting. No need for pillows behind your back as the seat is shorter. VERY comfortable! Highly recommend if you like traditional. (It came with 2 attractive, reversible pillows, but I added my own)

Nice looking, but it sits like a rock. The cushions are extremely firm, to the point of being bouncy. Doesn't make for a good nap or a 2am - kicked out of bed by the kids spot, but otherwise is good for watching TV, etc.

Thank you soo much, Jordan was amazing great customer service!! Marquis ... let’s just say is a lot of fun great listening skills and wasn’t like a used car salesmen. He gave me time to make my decisions on what to purchase and if he didn’t know the answer he wasn’t afraid to say so and asked for help! The whole experience was very pleasant, I will definitely be back to harass Marquis! Even if it means tracking him down like a wild dog! LOL

Love My New Lankenhurst Set!
This Lankenhurst set is elegant looking yet rustic all at the same time. It’s made with exceptional quality, is very sturdy and is so comfortable and soft to the touch. Not that cozy
Seats are higher than most couches - which is better for tall people. The coils make the seat feel "bouncy", not cozy. The top of the back cushions dont look like the picture in the ad. They are not tightly stuffed and wrinkle, giving a sloppier appearance. Armrest does not have much padding.

Cabin Lodge Perfect Styling
I bought 2 Sofa - Sleeper's with a matching love seat, for our log cabin lake home.
It is style and function perfect. The fabric is great, and now that we have used it for several months I feel comfortable about a excellent review. All of our guest's comment on how lovely our rooms look, and when they have used the sleeper sofas for overnights they have been very comfortable.
I wish they made a ottoman to match the set.. but for now were happy !

Really nice, but padding is skimpy
I bought the sofa and loveseat two months ago. Overall, we are very pleased, but after only a few weeks, the padding on the arms seems to have mashed itself down and you can easily feel the hard wood beneath. Sort of like a bath towel laid across a 2 x 4--not comfy. But the set looks good and the back support is much better than many of the sofas we looked at.

We have had this furniture for a little over two weeks. Please heed the reviews that say this set is hard and not comfortable. It is very pretty and looks great, but It is nothing like the soft comfy set in the store. It is the most uncomfortable couch and loveseat I have ever sat on and we really regret the purchase.

As you know, Ashley Furniture Industries only produces goods for residential use. As the load that our products can bear is dependent on so many independent variables (static load, force, movement, placement of the weight, and design, to name a few) there is no accurate way for us to state the maximum weight-bearing capacity.

Is this good for homes with dogs?

BEST ANSWER: I have four dogs, two Labs, one beagle and a chihuahua . We’ve had our furniture for some time now & have found it to still look new. One thing I’ve done is cover the cushions with a fur type blanket & a few extra throw pillows just for added protection if I needed it.
Also , I’d like to add one of our labradors is only 6 months old & very active.
The way it is wearing now I’d certainly buy this set again.
Oh another good point , I have two little boys and they can make up the activeness of all the dogs.

Yes, you CAN flip the sofa cushions over on the sofa & love seat. My husband & I seen this set in the Ashley store today and bought it. Very comfy !
