They can not be flipped but they can switch places and the fabric can be removed for cleaning. Mine was just delivered today! So far I like it a a lot!

I had mine delivered. They installed the feet and placed the cushions on. The back cushions are attached. It literally took them like 5 minutes to get them all set up.

Nice replacement for our family room
The sofas we bought ( sofa and two love seats) came in time, were placed hassle free.
The colors and look replicate what we saw on the website.
Both are comfortable and we have used them now for over a month. No immediate concerns.

Perfect for the price!
I am greatly pleased with my purchase! I was worried about the comfort of the couch (I have never purchased a couch online) but after a couple of days the couch cushions softened a bit and it is very comfortable!

Great for a 1st Couch!
This sofa is very comfortable and large! It easily seats 3 and could seat a 4th if you squeeze. It is great for my apartment and is a nice color that goes with almost anything. I haven’t stained it — yet — but I’m sure it will be able to hide mostly anything. The delivery process was a bit of a pain, but finally after a few weeks, the sofa was finally delivered.

Very comfortable and well made for the price!
We decided to buy this sofa during a Black Friday special and had to wait a couple of months, but it was very worth it! Within 10 minutes of it being put in our dog jumped on it and stayed the rest of the day. Very sturdy and well padded. Arms are flat and can balance a cup and plate. The back will occasionally creak when we sit but it’s a wooden frame so we expect that. Cushions are not reversible but they and the pillows included with the couch can be unzipped and restuffed, making them easy to wash and dry. Perfect couch!

love it!
Had needed a new couch for a while so went to my local Ashley’s outlet and found this awesome couch. Wasn’t able to sit on it in store so I was kind of skeptical about it at first. Now that it’s sitting in my home, it has passed every expectation with flying colors, like the sit test and the accidental falling asleep on it while watch tv test. You won’t regret buying this!

The color
The sofa is nice and comfortable. The cushions keeps their shape. I didn’t give it 5 stars because-
1. Didn’t really care that the feet/legs on the sofa are plastic. Yes the description did say “faux wood”
2. The COLOR looks more like a denim blue instead of gray.

Great option for traditional/generic style, fabric for busy household
Sofa and loveseat are a great compliment and great fit in our townhouse living room. Gunmetal is a great color to go with neutral walls and wooden window treatments. We needed a versatile, low maintenance option for a new baby and dog, and they’ve worked great. Really like the low arm rests and the size of them. Certainly great value for the price; 4 stars as cushions showing some flattening after a couple months; despite velcro cushions slide out from under backings; feet seem cheap (but won’t tell until longer use).

Don't be scared by the low price point!
I was pleasantly surprised with this one. I don't normally buy furniture sight unseen, but didn't have but much of a choice during the Covid fiasco. It doesn't look or feel cheap (like its price tag). Very comfortable and nice looking. Based on the price, I didn't have high expectations but am extremely happy with it.

Poorly made.
Great look but very poorly made. Cracks when we sit on it. We have a staple sticking out on one of my arm. I didn’t expect much with the price, but we haven’t even had the couches a month and we’re already disappointed.

You get what you pay for
It's worth what you pay for it. Back on mine is not straight like the photo - cushions came pushed down and wrinkled and stayed that way. Comfortable to sit on, but it's lightweight and cheap.

Firm but very comfortable! I was skeptical after reading about its firmness, I love soft and plush and although this sofa is not plush it is still very comfortable! Strong material, love the pillows great for snuggling! Kids enjoy lounging. Delivery was swift, gentlemen were in and out in a matter of minutes! Teamwork and communication and I had my tush in the seat in under 15 minutes! Great color, overall very satisfied!!

I choose this couch mainly because of the price and the reviews I have read. I do hope it holds up. I also hope the fabric is of good quality, I needed a couch for my home. Grey is my standard color, with accent colors. I liked the color and size of this couch.

Do the cushions have fabric on both sides, or do they have Velcro on the bottom and cannot be flipped?

They can not be flipped but they can switch places and the fabric can be removed for cleaning. Mine was just delivered today! So far I like it a a lot!
