BEST ANSWER: Hello and thank you for the inquiry. water resistant as it should not be over wet when cleaning.

The cleaning code is W - Clean only with water-based shampoo or foam upholstery cleaner. Do not over wet. Do not use solvents to spot clean. Pile fabrics may require brushing to restore appearance. Cushion covers should not be removed and dry cleaned.

No, the controller lifts/ lowers the chair itself .Raise/ lowers the back rest and operates up/down movement on leg extension.

No not a separate headrest from the back, the entire back goes back to a sleeping incline or straight up. A little neck pillow is helpful. It is comfortable for sleeping. The leg part of the mechanism is really great at getting you straight up. The arms are large and comfortable. However, for some body types, the width of the chair (because the arms are so comfy and large) and the length of the leg extension might not be adequate. A large bed pillow tucked under your legs during sleep works wonders. If you are just using it to relax, I think it's fine! It fulfilled the reason I needed it after my surgery and I am glad that I have it. Good price too.

No the headrest doesn't have any power to it. I am disabled and can't sleep in my bed anymore, but I love my lift chair. It is very comfortable and easy to sleep in. I would definitely recommend this lift chair.

I wouldn't consider myself handy or anything, but it went together perfectly and not hard at all. It was quite heavy, making it stable and well built, but I had help getting it in. It was packaged very carefully so nothing would get damaged in delivery. Very happy all around!

Hi Marlene. The recliner was very easy to put together. My son and I were able to slide and snap the parts in very easily. My brother had one and we tried his after shopping around and are very pleased with the chair and glad we bought the same one my brother had.

Assembly requires moderate lifting effort to attach the chair back and then one section to each side of the chair back. There are metal guides to lock each piece in place. If you can lift and carry a 4yr old child you can do this.

Is this chair appropriate for a man over 6'2"?

BEST ANSWER: My sister is 5'11" and she just fits in the chair with her ankles going past the foot rest when it's up. She says it's super comfortable though, and she likes that she can control the foot rest separate from the back! I hope this helps. My Stepdad is 6ft. and he loved it too!

Does not have massage... but is a great lift.chair. We liked it so much we went and ordered a 2nd one for our summer home. Both of ours are the brown. The fabric is the closest I’ve ever seen to leather-like... and very durable.

I believe there are two and they re in one enclosure. One raises and lowers the chair, if you keep pressing the same button the foot rest rises and lowers. The foot rest rises and lowers before the chair itself raises and lowers. Then there is probably a separate motor that reclines the chair back and raises it back to an upright position. Also the chair has a place near the motor housing to put two 9 volt batteries. This will operate the chair one cycle in the event of a power failure. My chair is in brown and seems to wipe clean easily. I hope this helps.

Yandel power lift recliner

Very new. Set up was easy, love the color & faux leather fabric! I did treat the fabric with “Guardian” fabric protection.
This is for my 88 yr old father, he didn’t need lift yet, but when needed he will have it. Love that the chair seat is a bit higher then old recliner, making it easier to get in & out of even without using the lift.
Delivery was very fast & this chair is very comfortable.
So far very happy with this purchase & would recommend.

Satisfactory.

Wish the leg length was a tad bit longer, it ends at my ankle, and even reclining doesn’t give enough, need at least one to two more inches. Chair is perfect otherwise.
