Yes, but also is extremely comfortable. It rises enough for back and neck support, but also kicks up high enough to recline in a sleeping position. So soft and plush stuffing. Ive owned many recliners and I have to say its the best. I also bought matching sofa and its plush and stuffed with supportive seating pillows.

I like the texture of the material as well as the color also looks good in my living room

I love my new sofa ,loveseat and recliners.very soft and comfy.i would very much recommend this to my friends..

So comfortable

We love this chair. It’s not so deep that my feet touch the floor when I rock. It’s not so overstuffed that you feel lost in it.

The recliner in the store was much more comfortable than the one we received. Feels like the seat was way over stuffed.
