I chose the metals frames for a teenagers room which will have sturdier foundation durability. The added bonus of coming with a metal under frame to support her box spring w/o any additional planks. The pricing for a whole metal bed was better than buying a metal frame or metal headboard.

Much shorter than expected, looks like a child's bed. Very sturdy, color is really a dark chocolate no bronze, and it has a texture finished. Will paint it later. I also have to buy risers, for being low to ground

I LOVE it. It’s perfect. At first I was worried the headboard wouldn’t show and the footboard was too low but I actually LOVE it like that. Very very happy with it. Also very easy to put together! Ashley furniture always has and always will be my favorite place to buy furniture.

Okay for the money
It went together fairly easily. All pieces were included and some spares for a few. It seems sturdy enough and doesn't creak or wobble.
I like the look but it is smaller than I imagined. The dimensions were listed but I didn't get the sense until assembled. I only have a memory foam mattress (no foundation) on it. If I had more height the frame would barely be visible.

Sturdy and stylish
I don't have a box spring and did not care to invest in one, so I really needed a bed with slats that could support my queen mattress without the mattress sinking low into the bed frame. This bed frame met those needs quite nicely! The only downside was the assembly - there are a LOT of parts, and it won't be a quick job. I managed to do it solo (do not recommend for safety reasons) within 2.5 hours. The end result is a sturdy, classic bed that exceeded my expectations.
