We went out on a limb and purchased this without first seeing/trying it in person….and we love it! Very spacious seat depth, firm, and supportive. The addition of the decorative pillows was a nice surprise.
I bought this sofa in store six months ago for my main living space and am still very happy with my purchase. I was looking for a sofa with fabric easy to clean with attached back cushions because I have kids (no pets) and it's still holding up nicely. Requires minimal maintenance. Exceptional quality for the price!
Very happy with this sofa. Fabric is soft yet durable. It’s comfortable. The right amount of firm. You definitely do not sink into this sofa. Color is beautiful and just what I was looking for. Not too light. Decorative pillows are a nice accent but they are stiff. Fabric is tougher on the pillows. Lastly the only con I can say is the lower cushions do seem to move forward a lot. I’ve noticed I have had to keep pushing them back before sitting down. Was thinking of getting Velcro so they don’t move so much.
Cheap couches usually shallow seat depth and short with cheap fabric and spongy foam. This one looks more expensive than it is with the greater depth, length and better fabric.

The main reason we purchased was due to the glowing reviews. However, ours is NOT firm. Which was the most important feature to us. The cushions have started to wear so unevenly that when you sit, you are leaning to one side. Or the cushions separate when seated and you end up slowing getting sucked down in between them. As I said, of you're looking for a couch that looks nice and will be actually sat on only occasionally, then it's perfect. For actual normal use, I could not be more disappointed with my purchase.
I just received this and I love it so far! Super comfortable and the material is very soft. I have the matching chair and the pillows that came with the sofa match it perfectly. It looks very expensive. My daughter said it looks like something from HGTV. Definitely reccomend.

the only complaint I have is that the legs are not attached and you have to drill them in and then screw them in I just moved and didn't know anybody with a drill so I was screwed!!
looks ok but the quality is horrible and i cant move the cushions around like traditional sofas becuase the fabric does not continue around the cushions. cant fluff the cushions either. they are sewed into the couch

Our couches were about 5 years old and were starting to sag and peel - we got the cheap pleather/leather kind of couches (I DO NOT recommend!) I started to look online for couches (didn't want to spend a lot!!) Ashley has a sale section, but it is really hard to tell how it feels if you don't go in person to 'sit' and try them out. It was good to do my research online before going in, at least it gave the sales person a point of reference of what I liked. We brought our kids and once they sat on this couch, they didn't want to get it up; this was the one! It's really nice, bonus there are pillows included. Now I would recommend if you don't get this style, at least look at couches that include the accent pillows that's a must! When it arrived it was much bigger than we had anticipated, but we made it work in our living room configuration.

Good quality soft fabric, firm supportive seat cushions with slightly softer forgiving back cushions. Strong low profile arms. Nice accent pillows as a bonus. The sofa is a little lighter gray than in the web photo but matches any gray or black accessories well.
I bought this couch a coupe of weeks ago...It looks nicer than it is.. If your sitting on it you can reach behind you and feel the wood frame under the seat cushion....You cannot flip the seat cushions and there is no fabric underneath and has velcro to attach cushion to keep it from moving. My couch had two pieces of material, looks kinda like strips of material hanging out of it underneath the seat cushion...Fabric is not even the same as the couch itself...so don't know what that is there for.
My gilmer sofa was delivered today! I've been searching for the perfect sofa for 2 years and I found it. Its got a Lil bounce but still firm, you don't sink in which is exactly what I was looking for! I have a bad back and hip so a couch that holds me up to sit properly is what I've been searching for ! I love the arm rests ,how they slope down instead of like a traditional sofa where the arm rest is flat along the whole side. . The chenille fabric is so soft and beautiful, it's just perfect .
