The fabric could go either way.
Our living room tends towards the grays with brown furniture and it blends well.

Is this made for shorter people ?

BEST ANSWER: I’m 5’4” and with a small pillow on my back I can comfortably rest my feet on the floor. I would say of all the recliners I’ve tried that it fits me the best but my husband (6’1”) can comfortably sit in it too.
