The sewing around the top/ back of the chair could have and should have been better. In general I love the chair and it looks great but could have been put together better

Brentlow chair, pretty but problomatic.
Beautiful chair looks great but when you lean back in it it pops something in the structure is not quite right, hopefully they can fix it, we will see how good Ashley's service is very soon.
