I would check your warranty first but even if it’s run out I’m sure you can call customer service and they could tell you where to order one. It plugs in to the chair so should be replaceable.

I would consider the material texture to between Suede and glossy leather, meaning it is not as easy clean as glossy leather but not as bad as direct suede would be which can be course and really stick to hairs, I do not see that it would not trap hair badly, it would vacuum easily. I liked it purely as it was not cold and slippery as glossy leather could be, I bought it for my Mother and she just loves it as it really does make it easy to get in and out of and she uses a walker, also it has a lot good adjustments to get comfortable.

It’s a suede type fabric. Light stains washed off easily with damp cloth. I’m sure if vacuumed it frequently it would be fine. Hope this helps. We purchased 2 of these chairs for elderly parents, both enjoyed them. I slept in it several times and was very comfortable.

I bought the chair as a gift for my father. He doesn’t own any pets so I can’t answer how the chair would hold up to pet hair etc. I can tell you he does love his chair and all the comfortable positions he can get into.

I can’t help you with that. I loved the chair, but my husband said it didn’t fit him. We returned it. Whatever you get, look online for recliner chair covers. There are some fabulous ones available.

Yes, it opens flat and a whole bunch of in-between positions. I got mine because I had a hip replacement and now it is my favorite daily napping spot. i usually lay it out totally flat and then raise the pillow section. I also has the lumbar support if that is of any help. What I like the best is that you can choose an almost unliited variety of positions.

This chair has them all in one convenient hand held control. I believe it has four motors. Foot rest up and down. Back rest up and down. Lumbar support in middle of back for more support. Head rest up and down for best TV viewing. This chair has it all you will not find a better chair!! Oh and bye the way it lifts you to an almost perfect vertical standing position. It is the best chair I have ever owned about to by a second one for my wife.

Best Chair I have ever owned
This chair does it all. Lumbar support leg lift support back rest support and pillow that adjusts. It even lifts you to an almost standing position. All adjustments separate of one another. I am ready to buy a second chair for my wife.

Great post surgery aid
We bought this chair for my husband for when he came home from major back surgery. I'm not sure how we would have taken care of him without it. He can adjust his position seemlessly to get comfortable. Also getting up is fairly easy. Not sure if we would have been able to make it without it. I too have sat in it and enjoyed it. It is very comfortable.

I’ve. owned the Ballister Power Chair for three months and I am more than happy everything about the chair. Sleeps well and the headrest and lumbar adjustments are a great benefit. The workmanship makes me believe it will last me a long time.

Great Chair!!
It looks great! I love the firmness for getting up but it is still super comfortable. I also like the angle of the lift as it rises. My husband and I love our chairs and can't wait for when it is the time to use them.

Fully automatic, lift recliners with a leather look ...great quality ....Yes, You can find cheaper but cheaper doesn't mean better ..They have ..large pouches ...on side can even fit my wireless keyboard in.

It’s a Lincoln
It’s a beautiful chair with all the bells and whistles you could want. Very comfortable also . If we’re comparing cars to chairs I’d say it is a Lincoln.
It doesn’t show in the online photos that it lays out flat but it does.
It is much closer to a charcoal color than brown which is a plus for me.

Great chair for back and neck support...and for napping too!
Highly recommend this chair. It supports your neck and lumbar and is overall very comfortable. I took my first nap in it the other day and it was so relaxing...like being in bed. This chair is very smooth when bringing you to a standing position.

Made about 6 phone calls after I had my chair to acquire the insurance. When I ordered my chair on line I could not figure out how to include an order
Like the fabric for easy clean up if spills etc. would have liked more color choices. Would like the foot rest to come up a little higher. I have only had my chair less than 6 weeks. My male family members do not find the foot rest long enough for their height.

Ballister Power Lift Chair
Great chair but not for someone that has trouble getting around. If the power goes off then there is no way to release the foot rest so the person can get out of the chair. in the paperwork it states that there is a battery backup that can be purchased seperate. Ashley does not offer this item.

So Comfortable and Very Well Built!!!
This has to be the most comfortable chair I have ever sat in! I LOVE that it has 4 motors. It's GREAT to be able to move the back, leg rest, headrest and lumbar all separately!! Very solid chair. I would recommend to everyone. I looked for weeks at a lot of different chairs and this is the best chair for the money!!!

The perfect chair
Had a serious accident early this summer. When I got home from. The hospital and rehab I could sit comfortably in any chair or sofa we had. Found this chair and it became my life saver. I'm able to adjust to precisely to my needs. Very comfortable and extremely well made.

Perfect for my 93 year old mother
First off, this chair is covered with a textured leather which means items placed on the arms and the chair back don't slip off, and neither does my Mom slip out of the chair like the smooth leather ones we tried. We mainly bought this chair because of the automated lumbar support (works like a dream) and the power lift feature (I can't begin to tell you how helpful it is for her to have help getting in and out of this wonderful chair). She was adamant that she refused to spend this kind of money for a chair, but I persisted, and now I can't get her out of it! lol

Love the lift and the lumbar options!

Great reclining lift chair!
I got my chair about a week ago and am very pleased! I searched online and this was the only one I found that had the the separate foot, back, headrest, adjustable lumbar support and lift feature controls. It is a little firm but that is what I like.

I would check your warranty first but even if it’s run out I’m sure you can call customer service and they could tell you where to order one. It plugs in to the chair so should be replaceable.

BEST ANSWER: This chair is amazing. Raises my mom all the way to a standing position, based on her height. And it is very sturdy and the motions are smooth with no shaking or jerking.

No, it’s just a nice comfortable recliner. The seat cushion doesn’t recline it only lifts to aid in standing.

Not zero gravity. Not sure what you mean infinite. It will lay almost flat. Leg lift has no bend to it.

I would consider the material texture to between Suede and glossy leather, meaning it is not as easy clean as glossy leather but not as bad as direct suede would be which can be course and really stick to hairs, I do not see that it would not trap hair badly, it would vacuum easily. I liked it purely as it was not cold and slippery as glossy leather could be, I bought it for my Mother and she just loves it as it really does make it easy to get in and out of and she uses a walker, also it has a lot good adjustments to get comfortable.

It’s a suede type fabric. Light stains washed off easily with damp cloth. I’m sure if vacuumed it frequently it would be fine. Hope this helps. We purchased 2 of these chairs for elderly parents, both enjoyed them. I slept in it several times and was very comfortable.

I bought the chair as a gift for my father. He doesn’t own any pets so I can’t answer how the chair would hold up to pet hair etc. I can tell you he does love his chair and all the comfortable positions he can get into.

I can’t help you with that. I loved the chair, but my husband said it didn’t fit him. We returned it. Whatever you get, look online for recliner chair covers. There are some fabulous ones available.

Never have had to clean ithe whole chair. The few odd spots have just been wiped off with a wet tissue.

Yes, it opens flat and a whole bunch of in-between positions. I got mine because I had a hip replacement and now it is my favorite daily napping spot. i usually lay it out totally flat and then raise the pillow section. I also has the lumbar support if that is of any help. What I like the best is that you can choose an almost unliited variety of positions.

This chair has them all in one convenient hand held control. I believe it has four motors. Foot rest up and down. Back rest up and down. Lumbar support in middle of back for more support. Head rest up and down for best TV viewing. This chair has it all you will not find a better chair!! Oh and bye the way it lifts you to an almost perfect vertical standing position. It is the best chair I have ever owned about to by a second one for my wife.
