Part of a pair. got the loveseat too. I love the look and color, they are hypoallergenic and I have a dust mite allergy, and they are far more affordable than genuine leather while still being able to be cleaned the same way.

Can you take this couch apart to fit in a doorway less than 32”?

BEST ANSWER: This item has a 32" doorway requirement for delivery. Only the legs are removable from the sofa.
Do you have to apply any kind of cleaner or wax to keep the couch clean?

BEST ANSWER: Cleaning code for the Alliston collection is W (Water) - Clean only with water-based shampoo or foam upholstery cleaner. Do not over wet. Do not use solvents to spot clean. Pile fabrics may require brushing to restore appearance. Cushion covers should not be removed and dry cleaned.
How does this couch do with pet hair? Does it wipe off easily like a leather couch?

BEST ANSWER: I have this whole set and also 3 short hair dogs. It wipes off great, but I hate the dog hair. Its like a magnet to hair when they walk by. Easy to sweep off but I have to do it very often and especially if I know company is coming. Have recently started making the dogs stay off of it but it still attracts the hair.

Beauty, comfort, and easy clean
We've had two of the Alliston couches , In grey , for approximately a month. We are a large family ranging in age from 9 mos to 54 years, we have two cats and two dogs. So far we love the couches! They look modern and have nice lines, but are comfortable and easy to keep clean. They don't collect animal hair. The only thing I've noticed is a small surface scratch, likely from cat claws...but we are very happy with this purchase so far.

I NEVER RECEIVED MY SOFA AFTER SCHEDULING 3 DATES TO DELIVER!!! AND EACH TIME, I WAS CALLED AND TOLD (THE DAY OF) THAT THE COUCH WAS AND HAS BEEN ON BACK ORDER AND IS NOT AVAILABLE....AND ASHLEY FURNITURE STILL CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD ALMOST $400 BUCKS.

I’VE CALLED AND ENTERED CASES WITH MULTIPLE REPS (EVEN SPOKE WITH SUPERVISION) MULTIPLE TIMES ONLY TO HAVE EACH CASE CLOSED WITHOUT INVESTIGATION AND WITH NO VERBAL OR WRITTEN COMMUNICATION!!!

WILL NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE ONLINE EVER EVER AGAIN- POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION VERBALLY AND ELECTRONICALLY.

Overall Good Deal
We bought the sofa & loveseat on sale online. Overall, it's comfortable and sturdy. I am giving 4 stars because while the length of both are great with ample room (width) for multiple people, the cushion depth is more narrow than expected and may not be as comfortable for long legs. Also, no care information was included in the delivery.
