- Continuous improvement methods and tools
- Product handling standard operating procedures
- Construction standards and methods of furniture construction
- Product and product handling testing methods
Skills & Abilities:
- Reading & interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
- Effective communication skills
- Create, interpret, and analyze continuous improvement tools

Essential Functions: |
- Collects, analyzes, and reports data on product performance and standard operating procedure conformity on processes in multiple areas of the Distribution Center.
- Audits various processes including, but not limited to: product locations, delivery truck preparations, prep cell processes, and product handling.
- Communicates results from audits to distribution center and quality management utilizing continuous improvement communication tools on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Recommends changes to improve processes.
- Assists in the development and training of existing and new processes.
